White Revolution
White Revolution
The White Revolution was a series of reforms introduced by Muhammad Reza Pahlavi in Iran.
It was called “white” because it was supposed to bring change without bloodshed.
Major reforms included:

- social welfare programs
- literacy campaigns
- land redistribution
